Organisation and moderation of 2 sessions “INNOVATIVE PRODUKTE I: MATERIALIEN FÜR FASSADEN. Showcase und Vorstellung technischer Visionen im Bereich intelligenter Fassaden.” @ Energie und Architektur, Vienna, Austria.
The 4th congress “Energie und Architektur“, organized by „energie:bau“, aims to provide a plattform for german-speaking professional audience that is interested in energy efficient emerging architecture, engineering and manufacturing. Built projects from around the world, prototypes from research, and sophisticated, innovative energy concepts are shown. The conference discusses also topics around energy efficient construction and methods, such as user well-being, improvements in the cooperation of planners and architects and much more. The motivation is to display the role of architectural design in the energy optimization trends? What methods and solutions are provided by architecture, which procedures are feasible, which best practices have already been implemented?
Susanne Gosztonyi organized and moderated 2 sessions at the conferences that focus on research developments for next generation facades – developments that are emerging. Following topics were presented:
